My Development
After a one year training at the Art-School of Basel, I started a 4 year education in becoming a goldsmith at Peter Gschwind Goldschmied.
As i got my Diploma, I worked one year in Basel at Beat Lehmann Goldschmied and had then the chance to work for three years at the Stuart Moore Gallery in New York.
Back Home in 2004, I won the 3rd place at the Swiss Goldsmith contest.
In August 2005, I opened up my own Atelier at the Nadelberg 21 in Basel where I spend 13 amazing years in a lovely ambiance.
I then moved to the Rosshofgasse 11 in Basel. It’s a lovely location in the old town and my shop is fortunately becoming more and more appreciated. It even got picked from the monocle travel guides to appear, as the only jewellery shop, in their edition about Basel, Zürich and Geneva.
My Work
My jewellery is made for customers who are looking for perfectly handmade, unique pieces.
From custom made weddingbands, to unusual skull pendants, from radiant diamond Rings to hand carved cufflinks.......
I would say, my collections are a mix of classic-simple with a note of spirit of the age. I try to get inspired by everything that surrounds me and by the beauty of the gems.
Of course I only work with precious materials that's a point of honor with me.
